Injection Notes

Subcutaneous (SC) is most common. Inject near the injury site for localized effects, or systemically for systemic effects.

Intramuscular (IM) injection is used for deeper tissue targeting.

Oral administration is used specifically for gut and GI applications.

About BPC-157

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protein naturally found in human gastric juice. It is one of the most researched peptides for tissue repair, with a strong body of preclinical evidence for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gastrointestinal applications.

FAQ

How do I calculate my BPC-157 dose?+
Standard BPC-157 calculation for 5mg vial with 2mL BAC water: Concentration = 5,000mcg ÷ 2mL = 2,500mcg/mL. For 250mcg dose: 250 ÷ 2,500 = 0.1mL = 10 units on U-100 syringe. For 500mcg dose: 0.2mL = 20 units. Use Protocol's free peptide calculator for any vial size and dose combination.
What is the typical BPC-157 dose?+
Research protocols typically use 250-500mcg per day, injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly near the injury site. Some protocols split into two daily injections of 200-250mcg. For gut applications, oral BPC-157 at 500mcg-1mg is used. Dosing should be determined by a licensed healthcare provider.
Should I inject BPC-157 near the injury?+
Local injection near the injury site is used for musculoskeletal applications and produces localized effects. Systemic subcutaneous injection anywhere on the body also produces effects. For gut applications, oral administration is preferred.
How long does a 5mg BPC-157 vial last?+
At 250mcg/day, a 5mg vial lasts 20 days. At 500mcg/day, 10 days. Reconstituted BPC-157 in bacteriostatic water is stable for approximately 28 days refrigerated. Protocol's low-stock alerts notify you before you run out.
