CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend
GHRH + GHRP Growth Hormone Secretagogue Stack
Blend Composition
What is CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend?
The CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend is the most widely used growth hormone secretagogue stack. It combines a GHRH analog (CJC-1295 No DAC) with a GHRP (Ipamorelin) to create a synergistic, dual-mechanism stimulus for pituitary GH release — producing a larger GH pulse than either compound alone.
CJC-1295 No DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) mimics growth hormone releasing hormone, signaling the pituitary to release GH. Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin and acts on a separate receptor pathway to amplify the GH pulse. The combination produces GH release that is both stronger and more physiologically timed than either compound independently.
This blend is distinct from CJC-1295 with DAC, which has a much longer half-life due to the Drug Affinity Complex modification and produces continuous GH elevation rather than pulsatile release. The No DAC version preserves the natural pulsatile pattern, which is generally preferred in optimization protocols.
Reconstitution
Typically sold as individual vials (CJC-1295 No DAC 2mg and Ipamorelin 2mg or 5mg each) or as a pre-mixed blend vial. For a pre-mixed 10mg blend (5mg each): add 2mL BAC water for 5mg/mL concentration. At 10 units: 500mcg total (250mcg each compound).
